What type of art do you do?
Oil + Mixed Media Painting. I love to express with  Inks, Collage, Sakura Markers, and anything else that that adds color and texture to a painting. But there is something magic about Oil Paints. The vibrant, juicy pigments add a layer of dimension and depth to the finished piece.

How long have you been a painter?
I picked up a paint brush for the first time in 2017 after 10 years of being a makeup artist. It was love at first stroke.

What inspires you? My art is divinely inspired through visions, music, and emotions. The beauty in humans, nature, and colors spark my creativity.

What has being an artist taught you?
Two major things. 1. Love the process more than the product. Falling in love with the process takes all the pressure off the product. This works in real life too. 2. Being an artist causes you to pay attention to the details in everything. I find myself awe-struck looking at the sky, I see colors differently, I notice the tiny details in facial features. It’s easy to be full of gratitude when you’re faced with beauty all around you all the time.
