How it works

✦ Choose your tier and sign your membership agreement.
✦ Your card on file is charged on the same date each month.

✦ Book your facial anytime during your billing cycle.
✦ Show up, and leave glowing.
Your membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, it automatically renews month-to-month until you choose to cancel.

A note on your monthly facial

Your facial is yours, use it, upgrade it, or pass it along. What it can’t do is carry over. Monthly facials expire at the end of each billing cycle and have no cash value, so we encourage you to treat your appointment like the standing date with yourself that it should be.

Cancelation

After your initial 3 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice sent to info@roeandwonder.com. No runaround. No hoops.

Can I upgrade my facial at any visit?
Yes. Members can upgrade to the Advanced Facial for $40 at any appointment — that’s a savings of $145 off the regular price.
What if I can’t use my facial that month?
You can gift it to someone else. Facials cannot roll over or be refunded, so if you can’t make it in, pass the love along.
Is my Founding Member rate guaranteed?
Yes — as long as your membership stays active without a break. If you cancel and later re-enroll, the founding rate is no longer guaranteed.
What if my payment doesn’t go through?
We’ll reach out to get it resolved. Memberships with outstanding balances may be paused until payment is settled. A declined payment fee may also apply.
